Fusion Systems Group Names Patrick W. Zanoni Chief Financial Officer

TOKYO October 1, 2008 -- Fusion Systems, an international provider of systems integration consulting and software with offices in Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong, today announced that Patrick W. Zanoni has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Zanoni will oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the companies that form the Fusion Systems Group.

Zanoni brings to Fusion Systems more than 15 years of professional experience in technology, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Fusion, Zanoni was Vice President of Software Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, where he helped build the firm’s technology banking practice. As an investment banker at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers, Zanoni assisted clients in raising capital and acquiring companies worth more than $4 billion. He also brings extensive knowledge of treasury, corporate finance, financial planning, and operations, with experience working at Telephone and Data Systems. In addition to his career in finance and accounting, Zanoni worked extensively in the software development / IT services industry as a consultant at Andersen Consulting and at Yokogawa Engineering Service K.K.

Zanoni earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Management from University of Wisconsin. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst charter, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2 states in the USA, and is a former instructor of accounting and finance at Keller Graduate School of Management.
